i've been craving for those tahitian pearls for 12 hours now.

this doesn't really havy much to do with this issue, but I dont like their format. I dont like flash on a magazine style site, and they dont have a proper table of contents.

Very meh on the l'Eclaireur article. Somehow, the aesthetic of the store (or what I think it is, since I've never been there yet!) doesn't come through at all. Maybe the flash format is indeed responsible for that.
The little video Style mag did about l'Eclaireur last time was a gogol times better.

Robert Wan Pearls

i've been craving for those tahitian pearls for 12 hours now.

I have a Robert Wan necklace: 3 14mm black tahitians on a leather cord. I love them.

In NYC I believe you can find Robert Wan (the king of Tahitian pearls, and the source for Mikimoto tahitians) at Fragments on Madison. In LA, H. Lorenzo and Maxfield (of course).

Stole the physical mag from my friend. Started looking through it today - Damir Doma and Julius hailed as newcomers right off the bat. SZ wins. Will give more detailed review when I go through the whole thing.
