Designer name? Suit pattern made of a single piece of fabric.

I’m not quite sure if there’s already a thread for my kind of question, but I didn’t find any, so I’ve decided to open a new one.

In any case, I’ve been trying to remember the name of a designer (Japanese man I think). A couple years back I saw a picture of one of his garments: a suit/blazer made from a highly complicated single piece pattern. I think there was some discussion of it on SZ. I’ve been trying to find it on google and in the forums for the last few hours and haven’t found it. I remember that there wasn’t much information about him at the time either.

I’d be very grateful if someone could help me out! It was quite a baffling piece, otherwise it wouldn’t have stuck with me, but I’m slowly starting to doubt my memory.
