I think I could get on board with this. Still, weirdly I think it's less wearable than Gareth. I'm having a hard time picturing all this feathered stuff which the show was chock full of on the street. Yet I have no trouble with Gareth's sexy aliens walking around.
Still, who gives a fuck about the street. Maybe there'll be brave souls that will put it on and go out, full feather-style. I think it would be lovely.

^agreed.
at first glance this is fun to look at, but i find myself squinting through the explosion of styling to try and discern what might be strong pieces......I mean the ephemeral, the fugitive, the contingent, the half of art whose other half is the eternal and the immutable.

still as you said, overstyled indeed, and i've always seen lacing as something sterotypically goth and steampunky.

Gorgeous warrior elves! Was really looking forward to this after the strong mens show and as always this is a really beautiful Ann collection although, I was expecting some colour like the mens. A tad overstyled but I think once we see the individual pieces you'd see as usual a lot more wearable garmets and a lot less theatrical.

Such broad strokes and broadening.
She doesn't underline structure, she opens it up and pulls it out.
This is not to say there is no structure, it just doesn't suffice
to contain the mass.
This has little to do with Gothic, you'll find that in Rick Owens or
Gareth Pugh.
No need for squinting, I can see clearly ...
Are you afraid of women, Doctor?
Of course.
