The men's store is increasingly improving As well. Both spaces are conveniently located within a block from each other so it's easy to visit both.

Hello SZ,

Now that we're entering our second season with e-commerce and assuming you've all seen the website I wanted to sort of take a pulse and and get a little bit of feedback from you all if you would be so kind as to do so. Every day we're trying to improve and better the site in some form or another but I'd love to know what the community here has to say about the website:
what you do/don't like about the layout, styling, images, etc.
what you'd like to see more of
more black?
what you could live without
more angles/close-ups or better copy
blacker black?

I know I could be opening the floodgates here but we want to always improve, let us have it.

... and not just from the consumer standpoint. I understand not everyone visits a store with the intent of purchasing something but maybe just to browse and appreciate or discover something, I want to open the same kind of dialogue right here that can be had in our brick and mortar store. We have some really great customers that come in not only to shop but for a nice chat and an espresso and I'd love to have some of the same conversations here. In all sincerity the people, the customers, you, make us tick. A large part of the reason we've re affiliated ourselves with SZ is because we know you're the most discerning community in this realm and we want to hear what you have to say.

That’s a good statement. I think it’s particularly nice that you invite people to stay. We hang out in our favourite record stores all the time, why not our favourite boutiques?

And yes, we like getting to know the people that come into the store and we like if they come and hang out and talk a bit while they shop, it's more pleasant for everyone, if nothing else we share a common interest in the kinds of clothes we like. It's actually very hard I've found to have an enjoyable shopping experience. Most of the time I'm completely ignored or pounced on, neither is fun.
