I thought I'd start one of these here because I have a small question to ask:
What are the best consignment stores in NYC?

Suede is too Gucci.
You'll rarely see the sort of stuff discussed on SZ in consignment stores but the hands-down best is Ina...

Thanks a bunch xadam!
Another question I have is does anyone here know where I could get a plain white t-shirt that has a good fit and isn't see-through? I've been searching endlessly and I only seem to find one or the other.

Uniqlo perhaps? I find that the V-neck tees fit better than the crew necks.
I'm definitely going to check Uniqlo out. I hope their shirts aren't like h&m, aa and zara (no weight, completely see through in daylight)

Uniqlo's shirts are a bit thicker, definitely.

I second Uniqlo for t-shirts. Although I picked up a 3 pack of t-shirts in Korea which were far superior in fit and material than the US version. There's about an entire size difference between the two (I'm a US small, Korean medium)

One wonders where it will end, when everything has become gay.
yup, yoox2008, if it's still working. There is a space for the code right under the shipping options.
(I'm doing the exact same thing, lol [79])
edit: it works alright.

Where can I get Drkshdw white jeans? Are they waxed and how much??
Where can I get Drkshdw white jeans? Are they waxed and how much??
At Barneys, or any other number of Drkshdw retailers. They're not really "white", actually blue bleached out to a nearly-white color, and iirc they aren't waxed. They are $395 everywhere I have seen them for sale.
at barneys in nyc they're 410. interesting, i didn't know that they are blue

I usually wear a white tee, I use MJK bamboo mix v-necks and Uniqlo. Uniqlo are thick enough and fully satisfy my need of generic looking white tees.
Selling CCP, Harnden, Raf, Rick etc.

One of those questions which probably has an obvious answer:
What defines a label (in both menswear and womenswear) as streetwear as opposed to high-fashion?
For example, what would Number (N)ine be considered? And how does the definition of either relate to diffusion and bridge lines, if at all?
