this season isn't that bad. i'd say it's better than last season with all of the horrible patches and logos. the long pleated skirts/kilts are actually quite nice and flowing if that's your sort of thing. fabrics aren't impressive, but are homme plus' fabrics (polyester) ever?

overall, though, i'd say so far with what i've seen that Rei has shown us nothing new with this season. you're right about evergreen as well. it's been the better line for the past few seasons imo.

Yea, I saw that at L'Eclwhatever. I must say I can't see myself wearing it I liked the print in theory though.

price points good seemed fucking nuts at dover street 6 or 700 for a kilt skirt short things same for the blazer 4-500 for pants didnt seem that good to me

I liked that thing too. There was a pullover version of it in the store in black with white print and I sort of thought about it, but Ultimately for me, as expected, nicer in theory than in practice.

Yeah, snaf is right about UK (and Paris) prices - really bad. With sterling/euro being almost 1:1, it's pretty impossible to justify anything. The polyester evergreen jacket I tried was euro860. Think DSM is not far behind in sterling.

+1, there was a pair of baggy unlined polyester trousers i saw that seemed pretty unr(s)easonable for the time frame. Then again i've noticed a common theme of relatively rough/unrefined fabrics throughout the CdG "universe." A lot of Junya's choices in fabric are pretty demanding/challenging from a wearer's point of view, especially for the men's - he uses a pretty user unfriendly wool a lot.

Prices over here aren't as bad as some mentioned above, but yeah, I liked the stuff in the pictures better than in person.

I tried on some of the pieces today and I take back the thing where I mentioned the prices are reasonable....haha. Tried on the long skort ($1140) and it was amazing. Wasn't blown away by anything else.

Need to try and make one of these as I loved it (maybe the most comfortable piece ever!).
