/\ glad you noticed the pants. coming to a closet near faust. they are incredible - twisted j-shape, come in worsted wool or woven canvas, black and gray. there is also a short version, which I love in theory (and looked amazing on me), but it's just not my style.

/\ beautiful pieces and thx for taking those showroom pics. Are the boots as nice as they look in the pics? And for those of you who have handled IS, how would you compare these two young labels?

^ there are of course some similarities which is why they are shown under one roof, but at the same time both have their own aesthetic. The focus with Devoa is on anatomical cuts combined with sharp tailoring, whereas with Indy Sentiments the style is more artisanal. I think both labels are very representative of their designers, Yoko (IS) worked quite a bit with Altieri and it shows in her garments, Daisuke (Devoa) is a former athlete and focuses particularly on the human body in his designs. both are always decked in their own clothing, and it very much makes sense

Devoa really blew me away - Daisuke is without doubt one of the most up coming, impressive designers. I have a few pictures i may be able to show. Thanks for your images and information A - much appreciated.

                  sorry, can't remember the material.

the coats are fantastic, they are so sharply cut that I was kind of expecting them to be a bit constricting, but both fit like a glove and feel amazing on.

^^That is what really surprised me, too. For some reason I was expecting a ccp-like tightness with such sharp tailoring, but that is not the case at all. Pieces fit true to size in my experience.

if I remember correctly, 4 is the biggest size which fits like a roomy 50 depending on garment, like a Viridi-Anne 5 imo. That, or 3 is the biggest, and it fits roughly a slim 50

i know this question can't really be answered with 100% accuracy but would you say a Devoa 4 fits like an Ind. Sentiments 4?

EDIT: let me just answer this for myself - "maybe..."
