just thought i'd chime in on my experience with arthur / the archive as well. i think i might have taken 3 years off of his life with all my questions and trepidation and on and on and on but he never failed to give me clear, quick responses. never impatient. never curt. always professional, helpful and understanding. it is appreciated. if u want to sell expensive clothing online, this is how it is done...

I too have had great experiences with The Archive. I can actually blame them for my fascination with beautiful (and expensive) garments - I luckily (or unluckily) stumbled by the shop one day and saw a pair of Guidi boots in the window. Game over...
Most of my favorite items have come from here - its really incredible to be able to go into a physical location and look and feel this stuff.
San Francisco is lucky to have this shop.
