I'm not very keen on women's fashion, but the overall impression I have looking at those pictures is very good - but it may partly be because of those headdresses, visually very strong, maybe too strong.
I especially love those two :

I can see a hat, I can see a cat,
I can see a man with a baseball bat.
I dunno, I can't get excited about this, considering that Junya's collections usually have something akin to magic in my world.
(Also waiting for the first jaded "this reminds me of gareth pugh" reply)

I'm kind of in love with the sculptural head pieces.
Life is a hiiighway
i think it's superb--it's commercial, for sure, but it also shows
junya's astonishing range--the sculptural, draped and tailored elements are brought together perfectly.
***if this were presented by anyone else, we'd all be floored, but of course,
it's just another junya collection.![]()
Remember what Cathy told him :-)
I think that the pant suits are a fail though - they look ill-fitting.

I like the monochrome palette which seems to be a continuation from the previous collection. I feel like seeing some SS09 CdG H+ elements in this collection, though. Now if only he would start being more diverse in his men's collection instead of dabbling with the same Americana concept year in year out....
This is how I picture women dressing in the future, the metallic fabrics, ton of silvers and geometric motifs would go greatly with a world more advanced than the one we have today, also the mens clothing-esque stuff goes well with the evergrowing amount of control women have over the world and the further push of adrogyny as a socially acceptable mindset. So I guess you could say buying this collection would be a wise investment ;).
