Comme des Garçons Homme Plus Autumn/Winter 2010
It's very Comme, i kinda like it. I'm a fan of the looks of wrong layering where the jacket on top looks like it's gonna burst, and especially this:
Yes, I think that is interesting too. Wrong layering is a great metaphor for the "anti-spirit", the unconventional spirit of Comme des Garcons designs. I like it. As a collection overall, I liked the previous autumn presentation better, but I prefer this over last spring collection.
I agree it's very Comme des Garcons. Pink shoes, huge shorts, swimming pool hair, skirts, plastic clips, creepy fur attachments. I think all those elements are great.

I think I'll never get it. Yeah, it's very CdG, but what is CdG? A bunch of as awkwardly proportioned as possible clothes piled on each other in a hasty fashion and painted in colours on top?
I don't mind someone showing me the light and trying to explain it, but for now I'll pass.
I would like to see the appeal of it too. I have liked singular pieces in the past, but never a collection as a whole. The renaissance of fur in some collections is something I didn't expect for this season and which I personally regret.Originally Posted by eat me

wow.this is bunch of garbled mess. don't even know where to start.
comme de garbage. this looks awful and the suits are straining across many of the models waists.
Some very beautiful blazers, some amazing fabrics and colors but as for the rest, I feel both lost and confused as usual.
As it's been said, this is definitely Comme through and through right down to the neon green shoes.
It almost seems to be a case of where the individual pieces are more powerful than the sum of the parts.
I love some of their fabrics and textures...I will not lie. And some of the earthy colors I really like as well.
For a winter blazer, you cannot beat some of these.
