Tag size is L but it actually fits a 44 - small 46.
For info, I'm 177cm tall, I love this piece but it's just too small for me. In case you're not too familiar with PH, I own 4 different sizes and all fit my 46...

Pit to pit: 48cm / 18.9 inches
Shoulder to shoulder: 43cm / 16.9
Sleeve (from shoulder): 54cm / 21.2
total lenght: 77cm / 30.3 - torso only is 63cm / 24.8
