    I am not sure if Ulf Haines still carries LUC, but I agree that Ulf is a really nice guy.

    Harvey is also great and he will show you the JFK speech photo, but good luck browsing in there.

        Matches Fashion = TERRIBLE

        Their level of incompetence is incredible.
        4 weeks to refund my money.

        Emails repeatedly ignored - I was only asking what to do re a faulty jacket.
        Only after repeatedly chasing the staff did I get my refund.

        as of 20 Feb 2014 I can see my returned jacket listed - poor next customer who gets an expensive jacket with a broken zip.

        NEVER again.

          I've had nothing but great experiences with LN-CC. Fast shipping, great packaging. The one time my order wasn't fulfilled due to being out of stock they gave me a modest store credit.

            I've had multiple orders submitted and fulfilled flawlessly by LN-CC... I second everything that gavagai said, besides ever having a problem.

              LN-CC is one of my favourite online retailers to shop at - mostly due to the fact that they have one of the best customer service (next to ForwardForward) in my experience.

              My last order, I purchased a pair of trousers and was still able to return it (for a store credit) after 28 days in my possession, though the return policy states within 14 days.

              Then again, I direct all my problems to Lucy. She will take very good care of you. She's an extreme sweetheart and easy to talk to. I've no experience with anyone else, so maybe that's maybe why I haven't encountered any problems.

                Thank you Dawn, that is very good to know. I think everyone should be a bit more easy on them considering a few things:

                *compared to other retailers even online only ones, they buy deep.
                *they are hammered during sales times, online and otherwise.
                *anyone who has ever visited in person knows what a special thing they have going there.

                        Maybe just send it back, I've done that with Antonioli since they are not very good with replying to e-mails and they've refunded in a reasonable time.
