    Default sacai

I know we have the seasonal collections threads, but I think Chitose Abe of sacai deserves to be in our pantheon. I think she is incredibly talented and has perfected her own distinct voice, not an easy feat.

Interesting, where would say is the best resource for finding out about Sacai apart from this book?

The best resource, as with any designer, is to go to stores and see the clothes.

There was also a profile on her in The Business of Fashion

No, it shouldn't. Even though Chitose and Junichi are married, they each do their own thing.

Thanks for The Business of Fashion link, that's kinda what I was looking for. I have no chance of getting to Japan any time soon.

Right, I looked at the site and they didn't list stockists and only store listed is in Japan, do you have any recommendations for stockists in the UK?

Not sure, but I would imagine DSM London will have a nice selection. She does well in dept stores, so check the usual suspects like Selfridges.

yeh, DSM and Selfridges both stock her. Not aware of anywhere else, but then I rarely go into purely women stores

From Washington Post. Not the best article, unfortunately.
