Nothing in a 39, I even sized up 1 for this shirt from a 40. They had 1 purple silk shirt in a 43, 1 blue silk shirt in 41, and another navy w/ black grosgrain shirt in 41. They had some dope trousers though. They were the ones that are on Aloharag's website; wool check with lurex stripe down the side. They had a 48 left. Also had 1 of the knit long coats in 48 for around $1G.

Yup, that's the one. They also had the parka in a 46 and 44 although they fit rather big. The parka is one cool ass coat...I wish I would get some use out of a coat like that...but I wouldn't...at all.

The knit coat though is lovely. I actually like it more and more every time I see it.

aw. i don't like that knit coat at all. yeah the parka's pretty cool, but after some more thinking i don't think i would wear it that much.

Yea, I know what you mean. It's cool but not...that cool. Oh they also had a bunch of those khaki trench coats in most sizes. I like those, but at $1000, I think they're still not worth it. If I could pick one up for $350, then I would go for it. haha.

Got a couple of basic pieces of clothing from Tim Hamilton today. A gray hoodie (great quality and fit), and a gray button-down collar shirt (mercerized cotton, great quality again, great fit). I don't know if any of you have looked at this brand. It doesn't seem like there is a lot of "design" to it, maybe similar to Nom De Guerre, but it's more interesting than NdG and better made...I like it. The guy does not seem to have any sort of coherent aesthetic, though.



Got my girlfriend a couple of Christmas presents: a Miu Miu bag she wanted and a little necklace (Phillip Crangi?). We also went out to Craftsteak tonight, and I was pretty impressed - had this NY strip that had been aged for 75 days, and it was excellent, extremely intense beef flavor. It's worth a try if you're looking for a steakhouse that is slightly more interesting than the usual ones you run into.



I'm sick of consuming and buying things...need to take a bit of a break.

I got another Margiela classic (the most classic of his pieces I think, behind the biker jacket). Typical Margiela brilliance, looks simple from afar, but check out the weave [:|]

DHC, ya gotta have a little fun right?

Faust, didn't know about the poison hahaa but yes the store is like a crack dealer...you keep coming back for more. I love how it's a tiny shop somewhat tucked away. Next on my list are the linari reed sticks/diffusor, the ocean scent is ridiculous but they're so much.

RD, I love the orange blossom and figured it would be a scent a female could appreciate as well. I pretty much like all the apc candles.
