    I love you to! ...

I thought I would drop in just before the Christmas holiday, with some goodies, though the picture quality is not the best here, but of interest nonetheless for the archive.

I promise I wont disappear again, at least not for so long.

Ps. I have been lurking from time to time.

i had almost the identical reaction...

to see these lovely garments and to have BI back is indeed double happiness....

    but no more disappearing!
or we'll find a way to hold you captive.

Wow, thanks for the fantastic photos - the 80s stuff is incredible. Wish there were some close-ups of the fabric, even from afar the textures look amazing.

Waw, amazing, thanks for the pictures !

    This is so beautiful :

Also, thanks chameleon and wire for your codes ! You wouldn't know the equivalent for the women ? I have a few items for wich I don't know the collection, but some of them are in letter size, so it may not work.
If some people are interested, I can give the women code for the collections I'm sure of.

thanks wire, indeed it works by changing the H by a F !

Unfortunatly it only worked for the most recent ones I already know about, not the Y's line and older garnments in S, M. Mystery remains !

And thanks for the dress !

Does anyone know about any rumours that the Rue Cambon shop in Paris would be closing?

Wire -> i was wondering if you know if some yohji pieces are only produced from size 3 and up?

  19. #319

not size 3 and UP, a lot of pieces (especially Japan only) are produced in ONLY size 3, and/or even smaller, if you're talking about the mens. It's not always a matter of free sizing, a lot of the tops that are 3-only are just that, and would come up maybe a bit short if you're a 4 like me. Unfortunately sizes 4 and up are mostly usually available only overseas ex-Asia, and there are some great pieces that you'll never see unless you're a smaller size (like that crushed leather shirt, which was cut frickin' tiny). Sometimes you get lucky, the F/W 09 sneakers i got are in a 6.

One can never get the full scope of a Yohji collection unless they visit the shops in Japan, most buys anywhere else are a more specific curating of the collection.

Thank you both for your insight. I asked coz i picked up a piece from A and was told it was one size but it was actually marked size 3.
