well this one is a good example of what I was refering to, the bottom part looks like it could be covering a small preexisting tattoo.
the skill and artistry doesn't look bad by any means, I'm just not into that much heavy black. if I wasn't trying to hide something, I'd be super pissed off at having a thick black blob like that on my arm
I'm more into Roberel's style for instance, I really like the way she draws.
