I'm in the US and recently did an order with Ssense worth about $2000. Shipping was free, there was no holdup in the shipping process, no custom fees, etc... I returned about $1200 of the merchandise and didn't have to do anything related to customs except write "RETURN OF CANADIAN MERCHANDISE" on the package. They used Canada Post/USPS for intitial shipping and UPS for returning
