I have to echo what has been mentioned; The Library has never responded back to me. the Office isn't exactly welcomed here. However I can highly recommend PNP Firenze.

The day I went in to see that Carol leather they gave me a card and stressed to me that I email them asap with details of what I was after (keep pestering them about getting derbies in my size, just want something black).

Never heard anything back.

I guess some stores do not check their mail. I had the same experience with Carmacoma for examle, zero mailreplies but friendly instore assistance. PNP, and Lazzari would be usual suspects, but help to order 1 glove? I don't know..

Can I have some insight into why Darklands are bad? I'm aware of The Office stuff and that isn't appropriate at all considering what SZ is/does.

I emailed Darklands once with an enquiry and when they didn't have what I wanted and offered me alternatives that were radically different and not in my size, they seemed upset when I'd wasted their time by having me send them photos.
