DRKSHDW thing (sculpture) looks really fascinating. I've said it many times before but I think the 'special effects' in The Thing was probably some of the most inspirational to me - any of those pieces could function flawlessly as sculptures and installations. Rob Bottin was truly a genius.



I really hope he gets another opportunity to do work like this although I could see him passing considering the stress it caused him working on The Thing.
