casem- An observation from your outfits, I would say this last one is great (even more so than the other two recents) because the jacket elongates your frame and makes you look rather lean. I think similar length shirts and jackets would do you very good for your frame.<DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>[:)] </DIV>

Thanks Casius, yea I love how this jacket fits. Dior may produce a lot of crap to pay the bills, but the tailored stuff is usually top notch. I know what you mean about the elongating thing, I got an Ann D. polo and tee which are much longer than I'm used to and I'm realizing it's actually a very flattering look. But still, I like to play with silhouette (even if it's very discreet) so I'll keep my shortCloak jacket and puffy JilSander, even if I don't always look my skinniest in them[:)] I'll be keeping my eye out for longer tees from now on though, I really like Khiev's layering of Rick Owens tees above.</P>

About the overlocked jacket, the leather is kind of thick and very solid. The colour is a mix between grey and green, it's from AW07 season. </p>

I was told it is made to be worn like "an armor", since Poell makes all the sizing and fitting directly on his mannequin, so it is supposed to fit perfectly on your body (and it does ! :)</p>

-&gt; Khiev, really love your looks. The new CCP jacket is beautiful, is it the new one from SS07 ? I hope they have received it at l'éclaireur...</p>

About that shop, I went there 3 weeks ago to check the new collection. But at that time they didn't get anything of the new season neither from CCP or Carpe. But they had a really beautiful new thin leather coat from HAUTE, which was really really beautiful !</p>

It's only a shame that l'eclaireur doesn't carry anything from cloak, since this brand is hard to find in Paris.</p>

osn, I'm heading to paris in a couple of weeks, could you suggest which L'eclaireur is the best one or should I check out all of them? if I'm not mistaken theres one near Champs Elysées and one around Les Halles, and also one a bit further away?</P>

There are 2 shops that you don't want to miss :</p>

The most impressive is the one that carries Carpe and CCP, it is rue Hérold, you have to ring on the door and then they will open. It is certainly the most beautiful and mysterious shop I have ever seen ! And the selection of clothes is fantastic (though expensive of course) !

The other one you should check is near Rue des Rosiers. They carry less unusual brands and less expensive items from brands such as DH, Prada, Number 9, etc... Although it is a little less expensive to go straightforward to a DH store for example.</p>

THe shop on the champs elysées is so so ...</p>
