Has anyone seen this plaid shirt from the current season in person? was wondering how the scarf detail works, it looks kinda awkward....

I love the way Jun not only strives for beauty but ugliness as well.
Here is two more for your list coldrice:
98-99 A/W 'Exchange'
99 S/S 'Relief'
let us raise a toast to ancient cotton, rotten voile, gloomy silk, slick carf, decayed goat, inflamed ram, sooty nelton, stifling silk, lazy sheep, bone-dry broad & skinny baffalo.
I looked at that shirt today and I couldn't figure it out either. I guess you just loop it around and knot it? They had them in 3 colours and they were pretty nice but wasn't so keen on the rest of the stuff they had out.

I've seen this shirt, but in all black, for this season. The way you do it is to make a bow tie knot on the collar. I was surprised it actually looked pretty cool. I'm not sure tho with plaid, but imagine it to be ok as well.
^ oh black plaid seems much more appealing than this orange one... and i hear the bow is removable so if i cant get it to look good i can always just take it off... may i ask where you saw it and if you rememebr the price?
Actually it was solid black, tried it on at L'Eclaireur something around 500-600 euros. But of course they didn't have a size 2, no one actually does, only Japan. That's why I use Yahoo! JP instead. Keep the bow tie, it's very stylish, I love it.
I think it was about 35,000 yen at the undercoverism shop in tokyo. they had a blue one toobut can't remember what the other colour was.
damn 35,000 in Japan? im going to have to force myself not to buy undercover in Europe... how was the shop in japan? i have the impression that all the good stuff sells out quickly.. was there alot of stock?

the shop is pretty nice. weathered hard wood floors, tall ceilings, dark atmosphere. paradoxically there are star wars action figures in the double glazed facade and stuffed toys all crammed behind a piece of plexi besides the staircase going up. a light-hearted gloominess i guess. compared to most stores here the service was fairly aloof which actually makes for a nice change sometimes!it looked like they had a full stock of clothing. still quite expensive overall imo but probably cheaper than where you're at!
