my friend has a jewish mother; she gave him the smoked salmon to remind him he is of the "chosen people"; he doesn't like fish (or the old testament) and gave it (the salmon) to me; i have some jewish features----i have been told i resemble adrien brody; i've also been told i am of german jew stock (von gluck). hope that helps!

There's this restaurant in Vancouver, on Broadway, called the Sunshine Diner, and they serve a great benny. My favorite is the smoked salmon one.. Egg, hollandaise sauce, onions, capers, salmon, possibly mayonnaise, and all on a toasted english muffin. Agh, I need a Pepcid or something just thinking about it.
