^ are you referring to raw as to not cooked at all or just vegetarian? Kind of confused because you were only referring to meat.
While I would appreciate the 2nd (going vegetarian) I would recommend you to not consider the first. Just not healthy at all... Even with vegan food it's hard to stay healthy (keyword essential amino acid), and with only raw food? Like ... eating salad all day long? But why not try it for some time if you're so keen on it... But be well prepared that you might not be able to keep your runners carreer up at a good level ;-)
I personally am not eating much meat at all... Usually once per week meat and once fish. But it is more because of environmental and ecological reasons. I prefer to know where my meat comes from and how it has been grown etc... same goes for the fish. Thus, the meat I buy is often biological and quite expensive compared to low-budget and fatted meat. Got to set priorities with a limited budget. I prefer quality over quantity (and in addition: no personal need to eat more meat anyway).
Nostromo, sorry buddy, can't help you there. Good tea is an art itself and I am not very educated when it comes to tea. This is because I mostly drink herbs tea (verveine...). If sometimes I use green tea, I just buy some Keiko green tea whatever meets my budget - always good stuff but I dont know too much about the harvest and stuff.
