Every burger should have an egg on it and use a brioche bun.

Did anybody see Hestons Titanic Feast (S02E03)? He does camel burgers and stuff...
Not a huge burger fan but that shit looked delicious.
Anyways, will try and figure out my perfect burger sometime this summer... Ground meat is prolly going to be mixed of beef & lamb. No further ideas on the concept, yet though. Brioche bun is too buttery for me on a burger, not into eggs either. Prolly some spicy sauce...
As for the moment, I enjoy eating asparagus till I die.

A brioche bun might make it a bit heavy for some people's tastes.
We have a healthy burger chain here in Aus called Grill'd, and they offer a gluten-free bun, I didn't even know what gluten was exactly when I first saw it but I thought I'd try it out and I really loved the taste of it. To this day I still think it's one of the best tasting burger buns I've had. It has kind of a cake like texture.

oh wow I just watched the new Heston's Feast. (finished watching episode 3 :))
that burger did look very very nice!
I personally prefer buns that actually make it possible to fit in the mouth, not sure what kind of buns though... should be a little sweet at least.

i don't have a picture, but I had one of the best meals in my life at Hotel du Nord in Paris last week. The tuna japanese style, which was raw sliced, with layers of a crispy, almost filo dough like type of pastry, sprouts and vegetables, and a vinaigrette in the bottom. actual goose bumps. every bite.
most people probably know about this place already, i'm not the most educated in restaurants.

^ yeah... the heat is really killing me. I am literally eating pimped up salad with anything filling I can find... Had nothing warm since tuesday...
My favorite these days: Watermelon, feta, lots of parsil and some lettuce leafs (you can add some paprika and olives, too... mince isnt bad, either). I love this stuff..
