Pete Philly &amp; Perquisite - Tracks 1 &amp; 2. Hip-Hop.

Perquisite's production is clean; Real (Elegant) instrumentation w/ the best samples.
Lyrically, Pete Philly's MC skillz are sometimes honest to a simplified fault; But Yohji kindly reminds us perfection is ugly.
Top 3 Hip-Hop acts... And I love this; You probably will, too.

Rocco Deluca And The Burden - Track 3. Delta Blues / Rock.

A voice straight from the heart. The distortion on the dobro and electronic sounds created in the studio are beautiful.
And in classic Delta Blues manner, subdued evil.

Opeth - Track 4. Progressive Metal.

Contrast; Death metal growls / riffs with glamourously, delicate acoustic guitars &amp; an alluring soprano voice.
You can only appreciate this song as a masterpiece, if you listen up to minute 9:16.

Arvo Part - Track 5. Contemporary Classical.

This is so hard for me to do. I have this project that I have been cultivating for a few years now. I create these playlists based on periods of my life, people that have affected me, excursions that I have taken or will take, tasks that I have to do, etc. I spend a ton of time reorganizing the songs, adding and subtracting. Needless to say none of them are complete yet, maybe they never will be. </p>

This is an excerpt from one called A Station Wagon Without Shocks. It is not quite the exact order that I would like. Since you can not upload anything other than MP3's, I had to omit some songs.

the same opinion version exists on the box set w worse quality and no kurt speaking intro which is the best part...</p>

I commissioned them to perform at an art show in LA in 2000, the stephen hawking is from that (oddly enough ten minutes after i posted this i found brief history of time alone in a box on my street, and the delerue is based on the godard contempt soundtrack which was meant for a video but never used. </p>
