As of late I've been drinking a lot of Samuel Adams Boston Ale. In my opinion it's a very good basic beer, not that exciting when it comes to taste but still very solid and well tasting.

My gf took me out to dinner for my birthday last night and I was introduced to Houblon Chouffe, a tripel IPA that, as they say, "killed it". Followed up with a couple of pitchers of Lake Louie... Wisco's best kept secret, IMO.

Also, RIP Bill Leinenkugel. I shall drink perhaps the final Sunset Wheat of the season in your honor this evening.

I've been such a fast convert to Blue Moon ever since my cousin and I split a 12 pack and watched Dark Days - a thoroughly surreal (yet enjoyable) experience.

I'm also digging Leffe and Hoegaarten. The Belgians really put us to shame.

i have maybe 10-15 drinks a year aside from wine with dinner and on those occasions usually have a blue moon with some orange rind thrown in or a chimay.
my wife and i share the always-elegant 32 oz. chimay that i get from the distributor after a shitty day, but always reserve some to pour out for our dead homies.

after looking at the market vodka may be better though.
