    Tried (some again) recently:

Ommegeddon. Alright, hints of sour in a kind of undistinguished American-made Belgian. If you're craving sour and can't do better, it is inoffensive.

Bourbon County Brand Stout - Nice, full bodied, hints of bourbon. Bit too strong, little malt liquory, but otherwise wonderfully flavorful, and spectacularly tpying/speaking impairing (13% means business), not too much of a stout, though heavenly.

Cascade Baton Rouge (Moutin Rouge, unclear, brewer was very drunk) - Excellent. Hopped, northwestern style ale with some serious sourness, and not too much sweet. Wonderful, higher hops, higher alcohol, northwestern style sour ale. A serious sour ale with a NW US hint.

Cascade Vlad - A double IPA sour ale. Truly unique to the pacific northwest, likely unavailable outside PDX. It's kind of the twin to the Baton Rouge (serious northwest double IPA with a sour ale hint).

HUB winter seasonal beer- safe, uninteresting, skip.

more to come as I approach sobriety.
Hobo: We all dress up. We all put on our armour before we walk out the door, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that we’re trying to be someone else.

I just had the pleasure of sharing a Gouden Carolus classic with my father. Belgian dark ale - http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1534/4106

I was born in Belgium but left too young to enjoy many of its indigenous treats: beer, dark chocolate, Ann D.

it's "scottish". "scotch" is another drink.
