I'm officially a New Yorker. I signed my lease on an apartment in Murray Hill. I move in next weekend.

Murray Hill wasn't my first choice but it's close to my office and the apartment was just totally renovated, so I think it should work out.

Has anyone ever reasoned out why Murray Hill has become frat bar central? It could always be worse, you could be on the UWS like me, which is yuppie mom stroller central. Hardly a good restaurant in sight.

Not to worry though, the great thing about the City, is that by the time your lease comes up you'll know exactly where you want to live and how to make it happen.

I'd take UWS over Boston-in-NYC Hill any time. Good question though. I love these urban sprawl mysteries.
