Originally posted by volta View Postoh, come on.. we gonna do this again? ground zeroes were never meant to be neither a free demo or a full game, nor did it try to make it seem such thanks to entitled idiots thinking they're owed everything for free and can't even freaking read.
So it's being entitle to criticize a game that cost 40 dollars that had the one mission and then like five or six locked ones. Turned out that the first mission is the only one with any story and there's an end credit sequence afterwards that accounts for about 40% of the total run time. The rest of the missions are just bonus objectives on the same map
I don't see why they couldn't reuse it's quite large and sprawling map to just padded out contents a little bit more. I mean those 6 or so missions will only lasted so far. Unless you're one of these emergent game play types who can get hours of fun arranging dead/unconscious bodies in "compromising" positions.
For what it worth I enjoyed what ever little game play that it was. I cant decide if that softens the blow or makes it worse.
Sigh.. I remembered entire thirds of games were given away for free back in the days as demo and I object the notion of having to pay 40 dollars what is essentially something less than a Demo.
But here i go again in my fantasy world.

I put in almost 10 hours into GZ, so for me it was worth it. You have games at 60 bucks that give you less than that. If you look at the main story mission you´ll find it´s a short prelude, but there´s a lot of replay value in the game. I enjoyed my time with it and it made me excited for The Phantom Pain.

here's to hoping mgsv can get done with already so kojima can really get into silent hills
been having an anticipatory play through the rest of the series (save for homecoming ), and i'm fast realizing why i love the franchise so much
shattered memories is and was in many ways an opus to me

haven't played a videogame since the unreal tournament 99 era (~10-15 years back) and today i was amazed by what the unreal engine is capable to do nowadays https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rf045VYP3z4
