enders, hell, that's rough, he didn't use a "giraffe" (that's what they are called in Sweden). a machine that sands the plaster and sucks the dust up. that's one of the main reason that I want a painter do to it, that and that it would take me and my peeps two years to plaster every wall from top to bottom.

MoFiya, tell me about it! from start to "end" (yesterday) I've been the one that keeps contacting him, but never answers the phone. when he finally gets tired of me calling he gives a ring back to say "yes, I'll be there in february" and now april. I'm sure he thinks that I'll be home for the whole week serving coffee and to lock the door after him.

yes, we have sanders you can hook up to a shop vac but the sanding was all done by hand.

bestial, i'm assuming you own your place? you need to find a guy who can do it all. i was recently introduced to a guy who's in construction and asked him to do my electrical work. turns out he does everything and now he's my guy for jobs around the house.

i use to call a plumber for plumbing, an electrician for wiring. they all cost a ton of money..

Ended up fixing the plumbing problem by ourselves. Now the only thing left that I need a professional for is the plastering, so hopefully he's the only guy I need for a long time.
