Sorry to backtrack, but i wanted to speak on two things.
Africa Dilemma: Any1 with a brain can see that the problem is deep rooted and will need a total overhaul of all the leaders etc. However its not that straightforward, My grandfather was a "radical activist" who was also a presidential candidate in nigeria ages ago, who ended up gettin thrown in jail briefly, as a sort of restraining order.
Its like a mafia, which means that even when new leaders r brought in, they are still puppets to the underworld that have these countries in a death grip, and so essentially in answer to cjbreeds question of the next leader being worse, he is either 1 of their "approved" successors (wether obvious or not), or just receiving orders from a previous tyrant.
The other issue is that for even the handful of people who go there with the right intentions, the overwhelming amount of repair in contrast to the easy wealth to be made by corruption, means that they r often influenced negatively, and become 1 of the 1z they were criticising.
Hey, power is political cocaina.
Also, apart from the govt, the people have become as corrupt as their leaders, and alot of the older folk r so engrained in their dodgy ways that i feel like if change is to be implemented, the focus must be on the youths, who are still impressionable. (in most cases, at least)
And then, on the issue of who's wearing what, and who is cool enough to wear what, i think the main thing is people wear things for so many reasons, could be just because the brand is "cool/exclusive", or could be just to be different, for attention, cos its expensive, or simply cos they like how it looks, i dont know if its becoming too cerebral about the matter, but as much as something may look good or not so good on sum1, i feel like sometimes the reason behind them wearing whatever it may be is just as relevant when trying to decide what sort of individual ur dealing with (aesthetically, not principles or personality etc). Having said that, Does it Look good on Me is still the ultimate determinant for me.
One man's style must not be the rule of another's.
