my oldest son is extremely athletic and popular. My youngest is extremely introverted but an athlete. My middle son is having a hard time finding himself and what his thing is. Reminds me so much of myself at that age. It's hard to watch but sometimes you just have to let them discover on their own.

Really? I didn't know that driving stick shift is even considered to be 'something'.
I always feel so weird driving automatic transmission. I never know what to do with my left foot.

Haha, yes, it's the reverse if you are used to driving manual. I've always wanted to learn how to drive a car with manual transmission and I got an opportunity last week. It is fun on the highway, but in the city it's a total pain in the ass. Of course, I'm just learning how to drive it, so maybe it'll be more fun once I master it.

It can be enjoyable to drive a stick if you have a sporty car and can enjoy the drive, not when you're stuck in traffic or driving to commute
