Today starts the first day of 5 weeks of working one on one with intellectually disabled adults for my Adapted physical education class.
I am so absolutely terrified. Anybody happen to have any tips? Haha

In my kinesiology class back in high school, we would skip our lunches to do physical education with the school's intellectually disabled student program. Trying to recall any advice we got as it was some time ago... I would emphasize patience and kindness while still being somewhat strict so that you can maintain control and the class doesn't go off the walls aha.
