Why does it take so long for packages to ship from Germany? And why has mine been displaying the same status for 8 days?

^dhl never updates. last package i got from germany took nine days. usps never updated until it arrived.

^Thanks Kunk. Mine shipped on the 20th, so assuming the nine days for you was average shipping time, the package arrival should be imminent. It's not so much the waiting that's botehring me as not knowing where it is though. What's the point of tracking if I won't know the location/status of the package until it arrives, when I no longer need to know because I have it?

Am I the only one who thinks that an overcast sky is more beautiful than a clear blue one? Just looked through the office window to see the grey sky as backdrop of the river and was awed. Sunny days don't do that to me.

I guess they both have their pros and cons. It rained here for damn near two weeks straight recently, and I was actually sad to see it go. Not the rain, but the constant grey.

But I don't mind the summer sun.

I completely forgot. Las night I had a dream that the Bloomingdale's outside of Boston fired 90% of its staff overnight, shrank operations and sold only Damir Doma and Drkshdw. Made it a hell of a lot more appealing than the place is now with Michael Kors and True Religion.

This reminded me I had a dream last night that I found a 3-pack of rick shirts and cardigans at some random store for $100. When I went to buy it the store owner was some guy I knew (incidentally he's a local jean shop owner who I always see around town) and he said "for you, it's $60" and I thought in my dream, wow the guys on SZ sure would be jealous.
Funny part is I neither own nor desire to own any rick shirts. I'm reading SZ too much, it's getting in my mind!
