This is a far shot that will probably get me nowhere, but does anyone know a good shop in Rochester, NY or even near the upstate NY area? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No idea if Berlin is better, but yeah, Dragon Tattoo is in Paris, it's just women who work there and they are great. they use very fine needles, and are great for detailed designs.Comment
