it's a girl , but yeah to each their own. I'm just weary of too much black detailing and like things to look relatively clean. I also hate shading.

I just think we have very different tastes

I had outlines for a while, when I started with my sleeves, I did outlines and kept it outlines only for a while, It went hand in hand with my minimalistic aesthetic back then, but I got it soft shaded now.. It just needed it.

All freehand. He first draw for an hour, then he erased everything and start drawing again because the composition was too small and we altered the orientation of the chrysanthemum to match the triceps. The drawing and re-drawing took 3h, and he wasn't paid for that. I really liked his professionalism

were you in Japan for that or did he travel? I've been looking at his work for a while and that is stunningly done

We traveled, he was guesting in Barcelona. He has some big pieces in progress in UK so he might come back in EU in 6 months or so. I'll probably meet him up again this summer when I'll be in Japan. He will be in SF (at roxx's shop) and Chicago (not sure about this one) around aug-septembre

I doubt it. Never heard of him doing that. He was finishing that up while Mxm was tattooing me. That's the guy's first tattoo.

Fine Light Trading and Hooper have collaborated on 6 rings that will be released later this month. In general his goods are not sz-esque, but I'm looking forward to seeing these limited edition pieces.

You're right! I didn't notice before but if you compare the first two ones, there's some parts on one that aren't on the other one and vice versa.
