Might be true but everything that gets gets me and I couldn't care less what it is.
Also musicwise metal, punk and hardcore were my first loves and I tend to always come back to it from time to time.

I've started a new job and we listen to annoying soft stuff all the time (nouvelle vague are fine but do we need to hear them 3 or 4 times a week?) so thank you to the kid i saw on the tube home today who was carrying a swing kids 7". time to revisit my the locust / related bands collection as it has been far too long and is exactly what i need.

Funny that you post this now, saw the Swing Kids live last week for the first time since 1996.
Was quite nice but nothing compared to the intense insanity it was back in the 90s!

(don't give me shit about which track would have been better suited, there are too many so I did not spend too much time thinking about this)
Folk/independent Iron & Wine or Elliott Smith
Rock, recently started listening to WU LYF
Electro: huge fan of Autechre, Squarepusher and other Warp stuff, as well as much uptempo/clubbing stuff (Sebastian, Amon Tobin (usually bombastic when playing live, especially in the second part of his sets, where he gets really dark & violent)
Birdy Nam Nam live usually makes me jumping around like an epileptic.
Minimal (the likes of what Chloe or Ivan Smagghe usually mix) such as that or Good'ol Superpitcher...
And then there's hip-hop and Jazz, I'll post good stuff from time to time!

                        Exposure - Robert Fripp

One of the most challenging records I have heard for a long while.. not sure if that is a good thing or not..

Maybe this aesthetic judgment reveals my irrational adoration of rick owens, but grisey seems to synch uncannily well with rick owens shows.
