Nouveau Pauvre, that's just cause the way Mr. Svenonius sings and performs is something like a definition of hotness :) unfortunately, i only seen him perform on videos, never live, but i've always had an impression there is such a strong bond between what and how he "does" music, that i wouldn't be surprised his behavior on stage can hardly be understood in terms of usual categories.

corsair sanglot, if you're referring to funx3 you should know that although it really is overpriced this year (i remember a few years ago when it was only like $70!!) every year it's a good time (excluding the year before last when it was cold, rainy, and generally disgusting, but even then it was still a pretty strong lineup) but this year is almost worth it for slayer + flylo alone :)

Will look into that album, I'm only familiar with a selection of Number Girl's music. Actually got into them through the Zazen Boys, as opposed to the other way around. Also, are you feeling Mukai's new project, Kimonos at all? I hate it so far but I do like Toddle.
