God, was refreshing older Hecker a great idea - I haven't heard many songs evocating feelings this one does.

Somehow I never understood Gas. And I've tried understand it a few times... Based on everything else I listen to, Gas seems like a logical choice but I just find it too monotonous. Some tracks on Pop I've enjoyed, but the rest if one big blur to me, but I guess that's the point. It's what I would imagine is playing right now in a modern art museum somewhere. Good for a background, but not really as a main piece. Maybe someday I'll understand it though. After all, there was a time when I didn't understand this and I now consider it impeccable:
