for all those that have been patiently waiting for clinic to finally take astep back and revert to their old internal wrangler days, i have good news for you. i remember being excited upon first hearing that b-sides and miscellaneous album they released not long ago as i was thinking finally clinic is back on track. needless to say, i was dissapointedupon finding out that it wasn't a new album and just a collection of old odds and ends. however, it seems there was no need for dissapointment as clinic have in fact returned to form.</P>

whoa, that sounds pretty sweet. i saw the other US maple band, singer, play with battles back in boston a while ago. they were conjuring so serious us maple weirdoness. </p>

I longed for years and years to see Autechre live, traded cassettes of
their shows, tracked down everything on vinyl barring Cavity Job, then when I finally got to to see them on the Confield tour I got really irritated standing in the heat and dark (didn't the tape over the lights on their Powerbooks?) and left early. I'm such an idiot. I like the new album and I haven't liked one since Chiastic Slide.
