among the best I've heard this year
"He described this initial impetus as like discovering that they both were looking at the same intriguing specific tropical fish, with attempts to understand it leading to a huge ferocious formalism he characterizes as a shark that leapt out of the tank."

Intense show.
Because weather.
And this, because riffs.
I want you to tell me who you are in your dreams. Who is there? And is it beautiful like music?

(cringe. sorry. )
I haven't been able to get enough of the man for the better part of my life.
He was my teenage crush, my go-to for music both depressive & giddy – and the sole reason my hair defied gravity through every year of high school.
The songs were silly but super-sentimental. And that is a magical thing..

Takes a while to digest, but it's pretty awesome so far. I thought Ravedeath, 1972 was near impossible to follow (Hatred of Music I and II were sublime), but this album ends on a very strong note. Stigmata I, II, and Stab Variation to end it are pretty incredible.Last edited by kompressorkev; 10-14-2013, 09:54 PM.
