won't let me embed it, and it's not to be found outside of bandcamp, but so worth a listen for anyone seeing this
And I can second this, Lettera 22 are excellent at what they do, if anybody happens to be into a good mix of electro acoustic and noise music. Not entirely impartial as I put out a release of theirs, but still.

this is close to my heart. Growing up in Denver him and John Grant from the Czars as well as Slim Cessna, Munly, Devotchka and many others were mentors and paved the path of the Dark Denver sound and have a huge influence on me musically in that genre. Saw him play this NYE and it was amazing!

Countless Skies off of Be'Lakors 2009 album Stones Reach. This song is the full realization of 'Melodic Death Metal' as a genre.

I could probably list an Opeth song in every post, since I'm always listening to them.

Been listening to Giles Corey the whole day. It's some sort of acoustic post-black metal, by Dan Barrett (no, not Zam) of HAVE A NICE LIFE. Really depressive, puts me in a dark place.
