I read through half of The Road and... it was exhausting. I couldn't even finish it! I have No Country For Old Men laying around the house right now, how'd you like it? I liked the Kite Runner alright, but I wouldn't recommend picking up his following book, A Thousand Splendid Suns. Seemed... pointless. Did anyone read that all the way through?</p>
Just wrapped up Imperial Reckoning: The Untold Story of Britain's Gulag in Kenya by Caroline Elkins. It took me two months to get through this behemoth, but it was worth it. Not recommended for those who are still trying to pick up their guts. ;) </p>
