So I went to Atelier on Friday and of course the only size overlock jacket left was 52, and it fit me perfectly! A gorgeous, gorgeous piece, but I was honestly more taken by the poell boots and shoes (I have a weakness for boots though)...

They had a couple pair of object-dyed camel leather shoes by Augusta that looked VERY similar to the ones I've seen by CCP...anyone worn these or handled them enough to opine about the similarities/discrepancies?

When i left the forum i went to play basketball & teared a sheaf there(i don't know if the language is right), so now i come with a stick & uggs because of the bandage will be exactly the footwear i need :)

So... I have contacted Lazzari about possibly asking the to re-order the jointed CCP boots that they sold out so quickly on the website... they have told me that CCP is willing to do it if there is an order of about 5 pairs... I figure that I asked around here, if anyone would be interested to pool together so we can get 5 pairs of order in in order for them to make it... anyone?

It still linger in my mind and I would definitely like to pick it up...

Do you know what the turn time is on the order? Damn, I was under the impression they were swamped trying to finish filling the S/S 08 orders.[86]

I didn't ask.. but I know the norm is about 3-6 months... I think they are putting it as a special request.. thats why they need like 4-5 pairs.. I figured that we can probably put about 50% deposit down with Lazzari, for those of us are interested.. and the rest when it is done.. I guess kind of takes the hefty price tag lighter.. for a while.. at least. [86]

no, i tried on a few sizes. the leather is really thick and like a mac truck. but maybe they are different?
