By the way, did anyone actually keep the functional jointed kangaroo boots, or did everyone get injured too much to keep them, deeming them inferior to the standard cordovan sidezips?

I'm always curious which of the design innovations work, and which are a giant fail.

anyone know the material/season of these, and if theyre as cool in person?
I think I saw Satoru rock these one time, but at the time I thought it was just a really beat up pair of white ccps.
They might even evade the white boots pogrom (progrom). Or....they could just look like beat up boots in person- I've had that feeling when seeing some of the other super-distressed stuff.

My friend who works at some shop where deals with CCP ordered the same ones. but it is 04~05AW

Yeah, this is similar to the way I feel. It's too bad they don't function well- the idea is great and the general look is good, too bad no one is coming on here saying "i gave mine a month, and now they fit great."
