This is Exploder leather, pictures from LuisaViaRoma back then. Not sure if this is "high neck" or "funnel" or something else though, I'm not too educated in Rick-ism. Please excuse if it's not high neck.

I think that jacket popped up on yoox few times in size XS for 800Euro, got returned pretty often. maybe this time again - if anyone is looking for it.

i handled similar leather jacket with hood from 07fw
it,s butter soft leather-LV
it also stretched very much like blistered leather.
