Wasnt comfort, they were just toggling between the world of chaps and silly, affected leather pants. They had the worst elements of those two things while committing to neither. I think I just don't have the lack of self consciousness or devil may care attitude required of them. I woulnd up exchanging them for the giant wide leg cargos which suit me much better.
