i actually arrived at the conclusion through pure inference. my thought process was something like: this must be a musician. he's not the typical ro-clad celebrity who is documented on sz yet somehow pertinent to the forum. he looks like he came up in the 90s. no visible tattoos or piercings rules out heavy metal plus no one on sz really listens to metal. short black hair was probably long. black hair = industrial or the 90s version of industrial. 90s industrial = nin.

this was Trent in the 90s (see below), long hair and some piercings we cannot see. The guy went through is metal phase on the "broken" and "downward spiral" records and always has some heavy hitters on each record.

^ I remember having a very brief conversation with her (and her mum) back in '07.. at Rick's book release party. She doesn't look much different, aside from an entirely different hair color!

And yes, Mum's hands were covered in rings. Perfectly.
