Perfectly happy to rip on my claims and knowledge, as i explained i don't know what i am talking about. My horizon for anything goes only that far back as i was involved in other things aged 15 and younger.

What goes for the general aesthetic, 5 years / 10 seasons ago vs this season

I think what your saying makes sense to all of the other members, but to me what you've posted there, yes shows some similarity. But listing from the picture what i see from a very general point of view, i see a rick owens goth and something else, something more urban, perhaps its just from the stripped down effect.
But one on the left is wearing something resembling more of a headdress whilst on the right is certainly a durag.
on the right the leather vest is much more sleek and less detailled textured, looking more sporty whilst on the edit:left again looks more gothic..
on the right there is oversized basketball shorts, and on the left a trail/skirt..? which is very gothic
thick rolled trousers over boots is also not very sporty which is exhibited on the left..
I really don't see that much similarity in the looks upon looking for detail.. the only bridge is the Rick Owens touch, i feel like they are both clearly just Rick's interpretations of different styles, not similar ones?

The items in Lowrey's image on the left would have a lot harder time appealing to looks and styling in a way to look like this:


The FW14 gives them a much easier way of wearing rick in an obnoxious manner, i.e. i can see lots of newcomers to Rick buying those basketball and whipping up lots of hype and hashtags in a fuck-yeah-im in rick owens way. Forcefully wearing the label over the look

Drkshdw black tail

How do you guys deal with the black tails on drkshdw clothes.
I have recently been wearing drkshdw and sometimes the tail gets really annoying. Just wondering if anyone puts the tail inside the clothing to hide it.
