[:O] i just left there... met antonio, i think that was his name. I am took excited to remember... i did not see faust, i dont think...only one man was shopping in there. but OMG. this is definitely the end to Kira. One block from one of my jobs, full of womens clothes, more are coming tomorrow and the next day and the next... I think he could see the absolute delight on my face, because he said so we will see you in here often.
i felt like a kid in a candy shop...

Hmm, the SS09 collections look like the same old from this season (a rehash of Creatch is a good way to put it) or just variations on the same theme...
Ah well,...
Looking forward to hearing more reviews from folks about the new store!!

The s/s 09 lilies is up on the site, and i don't care for it at all, but drkshdw for women is definitely growing on me. [73]
...I mean the ephemeral, the fugitive, the contingent, the half of art whose other half is the eternal and the immutable.
seems to be better looking and set up than the paris store, which is one of the stores interiors I despise the most. hope I'll be able to check it out soon.
Haha, no, laika, I didn't go - got held up at work and then it was neither here nor there timing-wise. I think I'll go next week, given that so much merch. is coming in this week.
Re: SS09 - it's totally same old stuff. Ehh...

i feel like it's kind of been that way for awhile... nothing wrong with it i suppose, but i think his men's show from a/w 06 (?) was really good. i wonder why he hasn't reproduced a lot of the pieces from that, especially the mixed leather jackets (the plaid/tartan one...).
hmmm looks really finished in your pics... not quite so in person though. [79] not that i care. it could be four bare walls and racks of clothes and i would be perfectly happy [64]

I disagree.. Palais Royal, although smaller, was more finished looking. I hope they're going to add some more furnishings here in NYC. The smoke mirror wasn't working yet. The SA's were cool, Antino was super friendly and remembered me way back when he was working at Oak. The highlight was this skinny goth SA, who had white makeup on his face... rockness ![79]
